Payment first. Once the payment is done, there is NO REFUND, unless I cannot complete your order on time/cannot complete it at all.

I have the right to decline a commission if I'm not comfortable with it.
The commission may take me up from 2 weeks to 1 month to finish, depending on the complexity and how busy I am (it might take less but it depends on many things).
I will update the commissioner on any delays/issues with the commission.
You can't resell my art anywhere in any way.
If you want to commission from me something that isn't listed there (an icon, game sprites etc.) you can ask me about it. I'll let you know if I'm capable of doing something like that and estimate the price.
